As part of our JWR recruitment consulting services, we use electronic signatures ("E-Sign") to obtain your authorization for Right to Represent (E-RTR) documents. By drawing and submitting your electronic signature through our Career Portal, you:

Consent to electronic signing in lieu of a handwritten signature, consistent with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)
Acknowledge that your electronic signature is legally binding and has the same legal effect as a physical signature
Authorize JWR Consultant LLC to represent you for the specific VectorVMS requirement identified in the E-RTR document you signed
Consent to storage of your signature image and associated signing metadata (name, date, document ID) as part of our records

Your signature data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of vendor submission and compliance recordkeeping. It is never sold or shared with third parties outside of the specific vendor transaction you authorized.
