JWR Consultant LLC provides resume writing, application preparation, and career consulting services only. We do not guarantee job placement, employment offers, interview invitations, or any specific employment outcome. All hiring decisions are made exclusively by independent employers and government agencies.

JWR Consultant LLC delivers all resume services digitally through the client career portal. Clients receive access to their completed resume documents via the Career Portal dashboard once the order is fulfilled.

Important: The delivery clock starts after payment is confirmed and the intake questionnaire is completed. Incomplete intake forms will pause the delivery clock.
All deliverables are provided digitally. Clients may download their completed resume(s) in PDF format from the Career Portal. JWR Consultant LLC does not mail physical documents.
Each service tier includes a defined number of AI-assisted revision rounds. Revisions allow clients to flag specific sections of the completed resume for rewriting by our AI tools.

- Additional revisions beyond included rounds are available at $50 per revision round
- Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the completed resume
- Revisions requested after 14 days will be treated as new orders and billed accordingly
- Revisions are limited to content improvements — they do not include structural changes to a different resume format or tier
All Sales Are Final — Once Resume Generation Begins
Once the AI resume generation process has commenced (i.e., after the client submits their intake questionnaire and payment is confirmed), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Pre-Generation Refund Window: If a client has paid but the resume has not yet been generated (i.e., intake questionnaire not yet submitted or AI generation not started), a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment. Refund requests after 24 hours but before generation begins are considered at our sole discretion.
After Delivery: No refunds will be issued after a completed resume has been delivered to the client's portal, regardless of satisfaction with the output. Clients may instead utilize their included revision rounds to improve the document.

Full Payment Required: Full payment is required before portal access, AI tools, and resume generation begin. Clients cannot access gated portal tools until their invoice is marked as Paid or a deposit is confirmed.
Payment Methods: Stripe payment integration is coming soon. Until then, payment instructions are provided via invoice email. We accept payment by check, money order, or electronic transfer as specified in the invoice.
Invoice Due Date: Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Invoices unpaid after 7 days may result in order cancellation.
Price Lock: Your quoted price is locked at the time of order confirmation and will not change during your service period.
Disputes: Billing disputes must be submitted to jwrconsultantllc@gmail.com within 30 days of the invoice date.
Client information, resume content, and career documents are stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Documents and personal data are accessible only to the client and authorized JWR Consultant staff.

- All data is stored with SSL/TLS encryption in transit
- Resume files are retained for up to 3 years after your last service interaction
- You may request data deletion at any time by emailing us
- Electronic signatures are stored securely and used solely for vendor compliance purposes

JWR Consultant LLC facilitates connections between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee job placement. Submitting an application through our platform does not constitute an employment offer.
- JWR-posted job listings represent positions for which JWR actively provides recruiting consulting support — not direct employment by JWR Consultant
- Arkansas state job listings are sourced from public government databases and may not reflect real-time availability
- Federal job information links to USAJobs.gov — always verify requirements directly at usajobs.gov
- Applying through our portal does not guarantee consideration, interview, or response from any employer
- All hiring decisions rest exclusively with independent employers and government agencies
- Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all submitted materials
The JWR Resume Analyzer is a free tool available to all site visitors. Full AI-assisted resume corrections are available at no charge for resumes targeting JWR direct job listings only.
Resumes targeting JWR direct job listings receive full AI analysis AND actionable corrections, rewrites, and improvement suggestions at no charge.
Resumes targeting Arkansas State government positions will receive an analysis identifying areas of improvement, but corrections, rewrites, and formatting assistance for those resume types are paid services.
Resumes targeting Federal government positions (USAJOBS/GS-level) will receive an analysis identifying areas of improvement, but corrections, rewrites, and formatting assistance for those resume types are paid services.

JWR Consultant LLC reserves the right to modify free resource availability at any time.
Job listings marked for syndication on the JWR Consultant platform are automatically distributed to third-party job platforms via XML feed. This feed is updated in real time as jobs are added or removed.
- Only jobs with is_active = true AND syndicate_to_indeed = true are included in the XML feed
- The XML feed is compliant with Indeed, LinkedIn, Google Jobs, and Monster job feed standards
- Third-party platforms may display listings with delays or differences in formatting — we are not responsible for how external platforms render our feed
- JWR Consultant LLC is not responsible for third-party platform policies, display decisions, or listing availability
- Job listings may expire or be removed from external platforms at any time at the discretion of those platforms
